Download and install Free Excel Viewer or download and unzip the portable version. Launching the program will display a basic blank spreadsheet with access to the various editing tools on the menu bar or toolbar icons.

In addition to New, Open, Save, and editing tool buttons, the toolbar contains icons to export as PDF, HTML, CSV, SVG, XML, ODS, and XPS.

To open the file you wish to view, print or edit, click the Open icon – or use Open in the File menu – and browse to find it. You can then use the tools to make changes just as you would in MSExcel or any other spreadsheet program.
