Change monitor brightness with easy-to-use MyMonic

Download, unzip, and install MyMonic. Upon launch, the program places an icon in your system tray so that adjusting your monitor takes just a click to display the interface where three sliders provide your controls and identify your monitor and video card:

• Monitor brightness
• Contrast monitor
• Video brightness

Simply use your mouse to slide to the levels you require. It is possible to even create screen brightness that is less than your monitor’s minimum value. There’s a reset button at the bottom of the interface and a menu tab.

The developer plans to make the software even more powerful by adding functionality to control the power mode of the monitor, to set and store profiles, and to change sharpness settings. Eventually, there will be the ability to change desktop monitor brightness on a multiple basis.
